Navin Bhardwaj’s journey from a roadside watch seller to a business magnate is a story of perseverance and dedication. Born into a lower-middle-class family, Navin was a studious and intelligent student. His education was supported by his headmaster’s scholarship. From the age of 16, he balanced his education with corporate jobs, ultimately co-founding Spiderlink and becoming a stakeholder in multiple successful businesses.

How Navin Bhardwaj changed the perspective of his life from earning daily wages income to building and running a business empire and scaling them. Providing employment to more than 700+ People and being a stakeholder in more than 7 Businesses and also a founder of Trikone Foundation. Coming from the lower middle class in the initial days he managed to study under the grace of his school headmaster who provided him a scholarship for free education. At the age of 13, just after completing high school stopped his education and he started earning money by working in multiple factories on daily wages, after a few months he collected some money and started to sell watches on footpaths in the middle of the city market in Jaipur.
Then at the age of 15 he made some backup of money and restarted his education and started his first job in Telecom DSA. In education he did his graduation as BBA in Telecom from IITM Gurgaon 2010. Till the age of 24 he worked for multiple companies and rocked in the Corporate ladder, going from Reliance Commication, Tata Teleservices, Speedigo Internet, Sai Infosystems and Trimax started from a Sales executive to business head and working on higher management positions. After realising that his life is much more than a corporate job, to fulfill his entrepreneurial dream, with a few professional colleagues, started his own company Spiderlink.
Spiderlink is a completely bootstraped company started with a plan from a garden by 4 energetic entrepreneurs. A Largest Internet Service Provider in Rajasthan. Already acquired a 22 year old ISP, having more than 10 Different-different Revenue Streams. Then he started making personal investments into startups, rental income, real estate and consultancy.
Navin always says that i got more than what i expected for myself at really very early stages, no matter if it’s failure or success, and I always feel blessed and confident and never stopped working for my goals. While answering this question, what are the new goals he has in the present? He replied that his goals for now is give back to society, he got a lot of great people to help him in his journey, now is the time for the paying back to society. He setted up an NGO named Trikone Foundation, which helps in education, empowerment and environment wherever he can and wherever he sees that’s needed. He always keeps on trying to help more and more people each coming day.
He is now ready to use his wealth, resources and network to help people who want to help themselves first. He was showing his concern for global warming, lack of education and the right set of empowerment and equality in the world. He’s completely focused on becoming a thought leader to solve these major problems in society in the upcoming future. He’s taking small steps each day to fulfil these goals now. And his vision is changed from seeking success for himself to seeking abundance for a happy and empowered Society

At the tender age of 14, he had to forgo further education to support his family and the education of his younger sibling. He took up whatever options were available and worked in multiple jobs, earning daily wages to make ends meet.

Navin’s entrepreneurial spirit shone through when he began selling watches on the streets of Jaipur. His keen business acumen and dedication allowed him to save enough money to restart his education at the age of 16. Balancing his studies with his work, Navin took his first corporate job at 16, working tirelessly while pursuing his education. His journey in the corporate world saw him rapidly ascend the ranks, moving from sales executive to business head. By the age of 24, he had accumulated vast experience and success, working with industry giants like Reliance Communications, Tata Teleservices, Spidigo Internet, Sai Infosystems, and Trimax.
The Entrepreneurial Leap
Despite his corporate success, Navin felt a deeper calling. Along with three professional colleagues, he joined Spiderlink and became a partner, a bootstrapped venture that began as a simple plan discussed in a garden. Today, Spiderlink is Rajasthan’s largest Internet Service Provider, having acquired a 22-year-old ISP and diversified into ten different revenue streams. This success fueled Navin’s passion for entrepreneurship, leading him to invest in startups, real estate, and consultancy. Furthermore, Navin is a stakeholder in over seven businesses, demonstrating his versatility and acumen across various sectors.
A New Vision: Giving Back
Navin’s life philosophy is encapsulated in his own words: “I received more than I ever expected at a very early stage.
